IND 01PHARMA & LIFE SCIENCESLEAD VERTICAL

Web & platform development for pharma and life sciences.

You run a GDP-regulated operation: cold-chain product, MHRA inspections, buyers who check your licence before your prices. We build the portals, dashboards and websites that hold up in that world — audit trails included.

SEC 02PROBLEMS WE BUILD FORIN TOLERANCE

Named problems, not generic “digital transformation”.

Cold-chain visibility

Temperature-controlled product moves through your operation, but the status lives in carrier emails and manual logs. We build portals that show shipment and storage state in one place, with the records GDP expects.

Audit-ready records

When the MHRA inspector asks for evidence, assembling it shouldn’t take a week. We design audit trails in from day one: every record timestamped, attributable and exportable as an inspection pack.

Slow quote & order turnaround

Manual quoting and re-keyed orders cost you business to faster competitors. We automate the steps between enquiry and confirmation while keeping the paper trail compliance needs.

Credibility with regulated buyers

Pharmacies, wholesalers and hospital buyers verify you before they call: licensing, GDP handling, traceability. We put that proof above the fold, where procurement actually looks.

SEC 03WHAT WE BUILDIN TOLERANCE

Systems that treat compliance as a design input.

  • Operational portals: stock, orders, shipments and compliance status in one role-based view.
  • Compliance dashboards: live oversight of checks, training records and document sign-offs.
  • Marketing sites that answer a regulated buyer’s due-diligence questions before the first call.

SEC 04WHY A SPECIALISTIN TOLERANCE

A generalist agency learns your world on your budget.

GDP, MHRA inspections, GxP documentation, cold-chain handling — these aren’t things we look up after kick-off. They shape how we model data, design records and write copy from the first day. We’re engineers, not your Responsible Person; the boundary is clear, and your quality team stays in charge. But you won’t spend billable hours explaining what an audit trail is.

SEC 06PROCUREMENT QUESTIONSIN TOLERANCE

The questions your procurement process will ask anyway.

A conversion-focused marketing site typically runs 4–8 weeks from kick-off to launch. Operational portals and dashboards typically run 8–16 weeks depending on scope. You get a written timeline with milestones before anything is built, and a live staging URL from the first week so progress is visible, not reported. (Ranges to be confirmed — ask us about your specific scope.)

We build for GDP/MHRA-regulated pharmaceutical operations, aviation suppliers and compliance-heavy SaaS, so audit trails, attributable records, document control and inspection-readiness are design inputs, not afterthoughts. To be clear about the boundary: we are engineers, not your Responsible Person or quality consultant — we build systems that support your compliance processes, and we work to your quality team’s requirements.

You do. Full repository transfer, hosting and domain accounts in your name, and written documentation at handover. There is no lock-in: any competent developer can pick up where we left off — though most clients keep us on for support.

Least-privilege access to your systems, no production data in development environments, encryption in transit as standard, and NDAs signed before we see anything sensitive. For operational platforms we agree a security posture with your team at scoping — including where data lives, who can access it, and how access is logged.
